The Arkansas Heroes Scholarship provides assistance with in-state tuition, housing and mandatory fees at eligible Arkansas institutions for spouses and dependent children of qualifying Arkansans, including Veterans who were killed or missing in action, prisoners of war, Medal of Honor or Purple Heart recipients, or permanently and totally disabled through military service.
