Louisiana Title 29 waives tuition and school-imposed fees at public postsecondary institutions for eligible children of certain living or deceased Veterans and, in specified cases, spouses or surviving spouses. For children of living Veterans, the Veteran generally needs a 90–100% service-connected rating or 100% individual unemployability and Louisiana residency; children must be 16–25 and meet dependency and enrollment requirements.
