Ongoing national referral benefit; agent availability and legal terms vary

Nationwide participating-agent real-estate program for law enforcement, military, firefighters and other first responders buying or selling a home. Its official site describes a Brave Benefit equal to 10% of the participating real-estate agent's commission returned to the qualifying client, plus a donation equal to 5% of the agent commission to a first-responder or military charity of the client's choice. Benefits depend on participating partner agents, actual commission and applicable laws and closing terms; this is not a cash-grant program or an automatically available benefit through all brokers.
