Online appointment cancellation stops after October 14; secure messages and prescription renewals after October 17; prescription refills after October 20 (all midnight Eastern). Messaging and prescriptions resume October 26, cancellations November 3, and scheduling December 8. You can still contact your care team or pharmacy by phone.
