Ongoing resource; call to confirm group times, referral rules and available respite space

H.E.A.R.T.S. provides non-clinical, peer-led mental-health wellness and recovery supports for adults, including an educational wellness center with groups on mindfulness, recovery, self-advocacy, communication, and healthy living. It also describes peer respite stays of 6 nights/7 days and step-up/step-down transitional programs of roughly 30–120 days; the residential programs require participants to be adults (18+) residing in New Hampshire. These are general community supports, not veteran-only services or an emergency department. Contact the organization to discuss referral criteria, availability and current scheduling; do not infer immediate respite openings
