One-time assistance for qualifying Maryland-resident Veterans, National Guard members and certain surviving spouses facing financial hardship. Eligible overdue expenses may include housing, utilities, vehicle insurance/payments and urgent repairs. Applications are accepted on the 1st–15th of each month; the next cutoff is October 15, 2026. Awards are subject to eligibility and review and are paid to vendors. Confirm documentation and available funds through the state.
