Mason County residents can donate winter essentials for veterans experiencing homelessness or hardship. Drop off supplies at Memorial Hall, 210 W. Franklin Street, Shelton, Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon through Thursday, November 19, 2026; additional community drop-off sites include Radio Fryer Foods, Mottet Jewelry and Zeppelin Shipping & Technology. Requested items include waterproof gloves, scarves, hats, rainwear, blankets, new coats, warmers, nonperishable snacks and gas/grocery gift cards. This is a donation/volunteer opportunity, not an event where veterans register to receive supplies; contact the organizer for distribution information
