VETERAN OPS WATCH · OUR REVIEW PROCESS

How we verify listings

We work to make listings useful and clear about their source and review age. Program details can change, so always confirm current availability and requirements with the organizer before making plans.

01

Check the organizer’s source

We look for an official program or event page, registration page, or other source from the organization. We record when the details were checked and use that source to summarize dates, eligibility, costs, and availability.

02

Show when details were checked

Each listing displays its last verified date. A check within the past 7 days is labeled Recently Updated. Listings remain Verified through day 90 and are marked Needs Review after 90 days; missing or future check dates also need review. Event dates and application deadlines can make an item Expired sooner.

03

Review reports and suggestions

Visitor reports and suggested programs go to a private review queue. They do not change public listings automatically. We review the information and confirm it against an organizer source before changing or publishing a listing.

SOURCE TRANSPARENCY
