VA reports a 2.47% Native American Direct Loan interest rate effective October 1, 2026, down from 2.50%. The program supports eligible borrowers buying, building, renovating or refinancing homes on qualifying tribal lands. Eligibility includes applicable service, tribal membership and VA agreement requirements; Native Hawaiian and Alaska Native pathways are also described.
